This is where products are coated with chocolate or yoghurt through a cooling tunnel. Products that can be enrobed include:

Dried Fruits
   
Apricots
                  
Dates
Mango Slices
    Ginger

Confectionery          
Honeycomb
             
  Fudge
Marshmallows
        Nougat
Licorice
       

Conditions

  • For chocolate enrobing, we only use quality Callebaut – both compound and premium.
  • Minimum runs apply.
  • Variable ratios of chocolate are available.
  • Lead times vary but work out at approximately 3 weeks.
