It is not everyday you come across a person who instantly sends out warm and serene smile. It is not everyday that a person will take time to listen to you, talk to you and perhaps lure out a smile from you too. Nutworks and the Chocolate Factory is blessed to have a person who does all of those things and much more when you walk in to the Nutworks’s café.
Joy Joubert, who works in the shop and café, is for many customers the highlight of the day and many of the customers come by the café for a coffee, just because of her.
Joy, who emigrated with her family from South Africa 11 years ago, has been a part of the Nutworks's team for 2 ½ years and says she is absolutely in love with her job.
“My goal is to make people happy,” she said.
“If I can make one person happy a day, then I am happy.”
The team at Nutworks and the Chocolate Factory would like to thank Joy for being such a wonderful person and co-worker.
